BD Realty has one goal: Building dream homes. We work on only ONE home at a time and complete your home in less time than nearly any other builder with incredible quality and attention to detail. As such, our fees are outlined below. 

- For new construction, the fee is a flat 15% + building expenses. Projects under $3 million will have a flat rate surcharge to be paid upfront. 

- For remodeling, fees begin at 20% + $50,000 upfront fee paid upon signing of the agreement. The minimum remodeling project we will take on is $1 million. 

- Due to the enormous amount of interest in our services, small projects and reviews of projects cannot be done.
